This study was designed to develop topical skin-care cream emulsion of 3% cucumber extracts and evaluates its effects on skin-melanin, skin erythema, skin moisture, skin sebum, and transepidermal water loss (TEWL). The results showed good stability over 4 weeks of the observation period of both base and formulation and the formulation has anti sebum secretion, bleaching, and moisturizing effects.
