Delivery: For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered.
Shipping Charges: For all orders under INR 599 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), delivery charge of INR 40 (Indian Rupees Forty only) shall be levied. All orders above INR 599 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) shall be delivered without any delivery charges.
Tracking Facility: Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Orders’ option on you My Accounts page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
International Shipping: We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.
Cancellation Policy: If the order or the item(s) in your order are not shipped, cancellation is possible. Click on ‘Orders’ and you will reach your order history. Click on ‘Help’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel and proceed with order cancellation. You will be notified about the status within 30 mins. For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines. Please note that you will be able to cancel at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Shipping Address Modifications: Shipping address changes are not possible after the order is placed. Please call our Customer Helpline @+91 9311011506 for further support.
Return Policy: 7 Day Return Policy. We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Biocule - you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Pickup: Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.
Refund Policy: In order to confirm cancellation/return of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund:
Biocule Coupons - If you choose this option, A Biocule Coupon of the same amount as the order/product value will be shared with you which you can use on your future orders.
Bank Account - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the account that you add as your preferred refund destination while cancelling/returning item(s) in your order. Once you have requested the cancellation/return of item(s) in your order, Biocule will complete the cancellation/return and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
